At MORICEYLON® we take privacy and safety very seriously. All personal information is kept strictly confidential and only used for the purpose of delivering orders and updating customers with their deliveries, invoices, newsletters, sales, and store updates. We use third-party banking to verify payment and reinforce security with online transactions. We contact users after their purchase has been dispatched and successfully delivered.

Returns

You have 24 hours to return any item from the time you purchased/received it. To be eligible for a return, your item should be purchased via www.moriceylon.com or a listed sales outlet on this website and must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and your request should reach us via WhatsApp immediately upon receiving the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your designated bank account.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for purchases and or returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping time and costs may vary from one destination to another. MORICEYLON® will share the mode of transportation & tracking information with the buyer for reference on a pre agreed media. MORICEYLON® will not be liable for any damages due to shipping, postal delays or damages sustained during custom checks and during inbound delivery.
